(except where indicated otherwise), plus postage and handling.

All remittances must be in US Dollars drawn on a US Bank.

Shipping and Handling: Please include $2.50 for the first two compact discs and .50 for
each additional one ordered there after.
Customers outside the United States: Please include $9.00 (US) for shipping up to three compact discs,
and $2.00 for each additional one ordered. Important: All fields require an entry unless specified as "optional".
